If I wanted to make a Troll head would this once dry, hold hair firm enough to comb the hair without pulling the hair out?

Is it flexible or hard when it cools? I'm looking for a moldable plastic that stays slightly flexible.

This will be stiff, as a regular plastic would be.

Will light shine through if very thin?

It will be somewhat translucent if very thin.
