Perfect! It is expensive but, well worth it because it is real food. I have bought this many times. I can really feel my body saying thanks when I take it. It makes my whole body feel good. My bones and muscles feel good and so does my skin. It comes in a green glass bottle. Be mindful this must be kept in refrigerator after opening because it is real food. I take a little less of recommended dose just to make it last longer. It taste very good to me. God bless the people who produce this lovely product. I feel very fortunate to know about it. I like to mix it with olive oil, C60 oil, Co Q10 powder and pour it over avocados and boiled eggs, sea salt, pepper yum.

Carlson Cod Liver oil is one of the best for strong bones and necessary vitamins for health. A teaspoon per day is easy to swallow, leaves no aftertaste, and supplies my daily need for health and nutrition that is very important for my health.

Can’t talk too much about noticed benefits per se, but in the mean time it tastes fine/ great— sort of lemony and non- tasting? Very easy swig. No problems with textures or consistency. Great addition to living in low UV regions— in my opinion well worth the money for its vitamin benefits.

I like the Carlson brand for Cod Liver Oil in the liquid form. It has a mild lemon flavor and I chase it down with a source of fat. Mine is my coffee with creamer. The liquid gets into my system quicker than a pill would. Keep it in the refrigerator after opening.

Good quality, no fishy taste.

Cod liver oil seems of great quality and no bad back tastes, however, the flavoring is too strong. Would prefer you offer an unflavored version. I won't know the long term effectiveness until I finish this bottle.

Tastes good! I take it daily. Because of the lemon flavor. It is good for slow moving food, it helps alot.

For Brain, eyes, Heart, Hair growth & overall wellness! I cant believe how easy this was to take compared to the other cod liver oil (even some in capsule form) that I have taken. This Carlson lemon flavored Cod Liver oil miraculously takes the fishy odor to a very low level. I like the liquid because I can really nail down the amount & strength I wish to take. take it by throwing it to the back of the throat then sip it down with coffee then swish with another sip of coffee. This works great for me by clearing out all the oil. taking it for 2 mo. I have increased mind clarity. Will review more 4 or 6 months.

I started taking a tablespoon of cod liver oil daily because it was recommended for dry eyes. Also, it’s loaded with Omega 3, Vitamin A and D. I’ve noticed that my dry eyes are noticeably better since I started taking it. I usually have a gritty “foreign object” sensation in my right eye, which is incredibly annoying. I used moisture drops three times daily, and it still wasn’t helping. After taking this cod liver oil for about a week, that sensation is almost completely disappeared, and I’m not even using moisture drops anymore. Although it’s expensive, it’s worth it because of how much it has helped. I was worried about what it would taste like based on some other reviews, but it has a mild, pleasant taste and doesn’t taste fishy at all to me. In fact, it hardly has any taste except for a hint of lemon. Carlson Cod Liver Oil is an excellent, high-quality brand that I would heartily recommend.
