Very upscale lotion that is loved by everyone. It has an amazing scent and a luxurious feel. I stockpile this lotion and give it out whenever I need a last-minute gift. Always a winner!

Has a nice feel, but the scent is lacking and smells cheap— not what I was expecting at all. Will not order again.

The scent is off putting and not the Ritz quality that I had expected and for the price, the moisturizing lotion could be a bit more luxurious. Love the Ritz but but this is an overall Meh 🫤 rating

I attended a conference at the Ritz-Carlton and loved the hand soap in the general areas. I asked the workers for the name and they told me it is hotel-branded...they don't even know who makes it. I didn't want to pay $$$ for it, but years later and I was still thinking about it. Found it on Amazon and ordered it. I immediately unboxed this when it arrived and washed my hands and was somewhat disappointed. I remembered a powdery smell when I used this before. After washing and drying my hands I forgot about it. Low and behold, I sniffed my hands minutes later...and there it was! I was so excited. I will say that this hand soap is drying but my hands were soft (I don't remember it being that way so I'm wondering if it's my water). I then followed up with the moisturizer. This moisturizer smells exactly like the soap and softens your hands without leaving a greasy residue. I love how my hands feel with this, but I still think it isn't moisturizing enough, so I am going to add a scentless oil to it. It is overpriced for the lack of moisturizing that I think it should have. 3.5-4 stars
