Solved my problem
This combined with a new thermostat got my old box working again. Not easy to install but also not that hard. google up videos on it and you/;; be golden. I would recommend gloves to avoid little cuts/nicks on your hand- not thick work clothes, just a layer of protection. There's some really sharp edges where you'll be working.

Worked great
Replaced this and the temp switch and it made my Frigidaire refrigerator work like new. Not hard to install just watch the evaporator fins they're sharp.

The fit was a little off but went on fine and has worked great for 6 month or so.

Not exact part but works great
So this is not an exact replacement for the defrost heater in my Frigidaire fridge but with a very slight modification it works great. Things are cold again.

This is a direct OEM replacement part. Not some China knock off. Made in Mexico which is fine by me. No big deal to install after you melt all the ice build up.
