Received an open package. Checked weight against new unopened and weight indicated it had been used . Very dishonest to ship/sell used personal safety products.

Perfect defender
I haven't had to use this. Looking over the reviews and investigating in the web what Police use as well as military thos product would STOP someone in their tracks and would definitely identify someone if they ran off. Perfect hand finger fit, the stated range is up to 12' which would keep you out of arms way.
