Are all components dishwasher safe (including the filters)?

The Cafe Du Chateau Cold Brew Coffee Maker is dishwasher safe except for the top lid and filter assembly which we would suggest hand washing.

How many ounces of coffee can you make in one pressing? It claims to hold a liter, but others say it makes a lot less. Can I get 4 8 oz cups out of it
