This was my first attempt at embroidery and I really enjoyed it. Have only made 2/3 of the designs but am looking forward to doing the last one, as I think it’s the most intricate. It was hard to see the colours you needed to use on some of the leaves but I just used the photo as a guide. I had plenty of thread left over after. Instructions were fairly basic and I had to watch a video on YouTube for a couple of the stitches but all-in-all a great value kit! Note that you have to separate the threads as they come in lengths of 6 threads whereas you only use 3 threads for most stitches (as a beginner I had to check with my mum to see what they meant by “3 threads” on the picture...probably obvious to most people though!)

I’ve never done embroidery before, this set was perfect for me. Easy to follow instructions and contained everything I needed. I have finished one pattern already and looking forward to trying the others.

Its ok if you know how to embroider not for beginners

You get all the materials you need to begin. Good instructions included. I would recommend.

Product was lovely I enjoyed doing them after many years break. The only disappointment was the thread kept getting stuck when doing the centres.

First time I'd tried embroidery in over 20yrs, but it was simple enough to follow and there was plenty of thread supplied. Each of the patterns came in it's own packet with thread, instructions and needles, but only one ring to pull the material tight as you sew. Gave a completed one to my mum for Christmas and she loved it.

Slightly confused on description, as stated cross Stitch but is in face embroidery. Otherwise would have given five stars

some threads very difficult to pass through pattern as quite thick
