Very Effective
Easy to install and use. The push button lets me hold the potato cannon in positions that were uncomfortable when using the Colman igniter. Sturdy construction.

This igniter was ideal for a potato cannon that my son and I built. The metal flange near the spark generator allowed the spark to arc across without the need for a separate wire to get an arc. The result-boom! The potato cannon worked! We have gotten well over 500 sparks from the unit so far and it is still going going strong. This item saved our experiment!

Put it into a potato cannon and lasted about 10 clicks and now doesnt work at all.

Great ignitor!
