Nice wall jack.
I have an antique phone that doesn’t have a plug, it just has four wires so it can be hard wired into the wall. I used the jack as an old hard wired jack and it worked great.

I did like it was a two jack but it is smaller than the old one it was hard to put the wires in the box.

Kind of cheap plastic construction
So I both this so i could hook up an extension phone line to a fax machine in another room and still use the cordless phone by the jack. Unfortunately, it splits the inputs, but now both devices show another line in use and i need to unplug one of the to use the other.

Can't go wrong with an affordable 2-jack outlet. Includes double sided mounting tape, screw for mounting. If'n you don't know, red/green for line one, black/yellow for line two.
