5/5 Rating Very flavorful drink, it's not as sweet as I like but this stuff works it's magic as soon as it's ingested. It easily replenishes the electrolytes your body need to function at it's highest. It also helps hydrate people who are dehydrated. Months ago, my uncle in Alabama was admitted into the hospital diagnosis showed he was seriously dehydrated, we discovered all he drank was juice and soda. No water.. I sent him a case of these Pedialyte sports drink and he dranked these like he was in a desert. I figured this is what his body needed. This drink helps with a lot of things when you age, I'm not a doctor so I can't say what. I just know I can feel a difference.

I always considered this to be a child's product. I never thought of it being used for adults with hydration issues. After trying it one time, we will never be without it again. Great value, great hydration, and super tasty. Great hydration for those hot southern summer days. We keep at least one bottle in the house at all times now.

Very good product all around. Too much sodium and sugar tasting for me. Taste lingers.
