Happy Coyote hunter approved!!
I have used the 4 monitor system for 4 years now and it performs flawlessly in the hash environment of Maine winters, I mostly use it for hunting Coyotes over bait and strongly recommend this product. My monitors are set at 120-yards away from the base station I’d give this monitor 10 stars if I could : )

Great Security Device!
I have two garages and mounted one sensor inside each garage so I would know if someone breaks in. I didn't want sensors outside because we have deer and other animals that would set it off.Works great at long distance from inside garages to the receiver that is kept in house.Great piece of mind to know that you will have early warning if you have an uninvited guest. The volume on receiver is very loud but can be adjusted if it's too loud.I can't tell you if they work good outdoors or not but for my purposes, it works great.

Range Is Amazing! So Far So Good! Super Sensitive Sensor!
I chose this unit with two transmitters to monitor my road to my house. I set one transmitter about 400 feet away monitoring my driveway and the 2nd unit near my house so I get two different chimes telling me where the vehicle or person is.Unit comes in pieces so be prepared to put it together. You don't need the instructions. It's pretty simple to do. Don't forget to plug in the power supply cable which comes disconnected so the battery won't be completely discharged when you receive it.So plug in the power cable and before putting the cover on select the channel you want the transmitter to use. There is a small selector switch in it for channels 1 through 4. Each channel has it's own sound and has a light on the receiver showing which unit is alarming. Now something very important about the channel selection is this: Channels 1 and 2 will have the transmitter sensor turn red when it senses motion. Channels 3 and 4 keep the transmitter light OFF when it senses motion. So make sure if you don't want someone seeing the unit's red sensor light to select channel 3 or 4. I found that feature one of the best. I selected channels 3 and 4 so no one can see it when it senses motion. There is also a switch to adjust the sensitivity or "range" of the sensor. I left both units at maximum range. Now what I discovered is quite interesting. The unit that is 400 feet away looks across my driveway towards another road that runs parallel with mine. The other road is about 150 feet away and is up a slight hill. When a vehicle passes by on that road the sensor picks up the motion and alerts. I really was a bit shocked about that so next time I charge it I will have to lower the range of that sensor.Oh, and don't forget to charge the battery before you put it all together. There is a micro usb cable and power supply that powers the base receiver that is also used to charge the internal Li-OH battery. Make sure the battery plug inside the unit is plugged into the unit's board before trying to charge the battery. There is a small rubber plug/flap on the bottom of the unit where you plug in the battery charging micro usb cable. When the internal battery is charging the sensor light is blue. When charge is complete the sensor light is off.Once done charging make sure you test the sensor with the base receiver and finally put it all together. There is a very small gasket on the unit so make sure it is in place before you screw down the cover or it will be offset and not seal. Don't over tighten the screws because it will cause that section of the cover to pop up (yes, I did this! Had to use hot glue to ensure it was sealed).Mount it where you want it and that's pretty much it. The base unit is powered by either AA Batteries (4) or the included power supply. You can put batteries in it and plug it in to AC power so if AC power is off you still have the unit functioning. The volume on the base receiver can go quite high so adjust it to your liking. All in all I am very happy with this system. I will update this after the Winter to write how it functioned in the sub zero cold here.

It was one of the best my purchases
The item works perfectly but if the control keys had something like a sliding cover was much better because User may press them Unintentionally.

UPDATE RE WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVCE:
I always wanted a driveway sensor for our property in another state, that has a 900+ foot driveway, so that we’d have a warning when someone was heading up into our woods/home, but they were very expensive and out of my reach. The Hosmart set of four motion sensors with the base for the house/dwelling is VERY affordable, well made, and easy to set up. I am physically challenged, and figured out where my strategic areas were for trespassers on this property. There are 4 distinct channels, and also a sensitivity setting inside the unit. You will probably end up turning down the sensitivity as I did because it covers a LARGE area, and may cover more than you want at times. Easy to assemble and take apart, the batteries seem to stay charged for a good while too. It’s important that you cut away branches, leaves, and other items that will trigger the sensor, just as you would for a trail cam. When you have each sensor in the set of four set on it’s own channel and distinctive tone/chime, you will find that channels 3 and 4 will NOT emit a flashing red light when the sensor is triggered. Apparently this is done on purpose, so that these two are NOT obvious/easy to see to those who come on your property. The chime still goes off for those sensors set on channels 3 and 4. I was involved from manufacturing to ISO 9000 Auditor in the electronic sub contract industry for 8.5 years, and I think these are quality products in comparison to a lot of junk on the market. These folks back up their products, give excellent customer support, and are a delight to deal with; VERY customer oriented. They REALLY want you to be happy with their products. These sensors are TOUGH, and will handle rain, cold, etc. READ the instructions to avoid pointing them into direct sunlight. They are adjustable with a swivel nut on the back plate. By the way, a screwdriver that fits ALL screws is included, as well as masonry sleeves to screw into bricks in case you don’t have wood. Honestly, I think that potential trespassers don’t realize these are sensors, but rather cameras, and THAT deters them or keeps them guessing (LOL ). The distance on this property that I have them set up on can range up to 300+ feet, and there are lots of trees, plants, and other large objects in between the base unit in the dwelling and the sensors. This has NOT been a problem. I know that I can text Customer Service or call, and not be ignored like many companies that I have dealt with in the last two decades. Two thumbs up, and five stars.UPDATE: Late 2021My base set wouldn’t work with new batteries or through the USB cord (electricity ). Called Customer Service and explained the problem, and that I needed to have the system up and running A.S.A.P. They were great! I received replacement base set quickly and was up and running! Excellent and hassle-free service. Thanks, Hosmart!
