Fits perfectly in my 2023 Mazda CX-5. I use the sun visors to keep it up in place.

The sunshade covers the entire windshield and has a handy velcro closure. The material is high quality, easy to use and fits my Mazda CX-5 perfectly.

There are quite a lot of generic sunshades available for sale, however, I wanted one specifically made for the Mazda CX-5. This KUST shade fits our recently-purchased 2019 CX-5 like a glove (the 2019 model is identical to the 2017-2023 CX-5s so this sunshade will fit all of those years models perfectly). The cut out for the rearview mirror has a Velcro fastener to help secure the top of the shade to the windshield but really your driver side and passenger side sun visors do the lion's share of the work pinning the top of the sunshade to the windshield glass. The periphery of the KUST sunshade has a little extra material so that you can pretty much get a total blackout of sunlight hitting the windshield.So, functionally, this is an excellent sunshade that does exactly what it is designed to do and is specifically made for post-2016 Mazda CX-5s. The downsides are relatively minor:(1) Folding the shade back down to its very small package size is a challenge. You first fold it in half and then attempt to do a figure-eight twisty motion to get it to one-quarter of the full size. I watched the video showing how to do this several times and did manage to do it but it's not at all simple or easy to do (not for me anyway). I docked one review star for this;(2) This "twisty shrink" design appears to be fairly common with sunshades available here on Amazon and most of them have an attached elastic loop that you can use to secure the shade in its folded mini size. This KUST shade does not have one of these elastic loops so, when you manage to get it down to its compact size, you must place it within the included case to prevent it from springing open again. The missing elastic loop is an odd omission and requires you to have that carrying case readily available; and(3) This isn't so much a criticism of this unit in particular as it is of this type of sunshade design in general and that is how relatively clumsy they are to install. You're not going to easily unfold this shade inside the car and place it into the windshield area. If it's just a bit windy outside, unfolding it there before sliding it inside is tricky because when open, this thing is essentially a sail that will easily catch the wind (so be careful). I'm sure that, with a bit of practice, installing this sunshade will become a little easier.These three criticisms notwithstanding, if you have a post-2016 Mazda CX-5 and want a sunshade that is perfectly sized for your vehicle, this is a great choice. Of my three criticisms, the first and third are going to be issues with all of the sunshades that are similarly designed (twist-to-shrink) and many of them are generically sized so you'll likely have a lot of excess material hanging about the interior of your vehicle. If you want something that will protect the interior of your CX-5 from heat and light and looks tailor-made for your vehicle, this KUST sunshade is a great choice.

I bought this for my 2019 Mazda CX-5 because I saw another review that mentioned that it covered all of the front windshield and he was right. It fits perfectly and it covers everything but heat its still going to get inside the car but it's not going to be hot as if you didn't have the windshield cover. This type of windshield covers are difficult to shrink down for storage at the beginning but you are going to require to train yourself a few times at home on how to twist it and put it together before doing it inside the car. It took me a few tries but I got it down and now it only takes me two or three tries to get it to storage size. I'll update on performance and durability if anything happens but so far I had it for about 3 weeks and it's working fine and there's no rips or tears.

Does a great job of blocking out the sun in my Mazda CX5. It works best if you park facing the sun. If the sun is to the side of your car it’ll not cool the car nearly as much. Folding it up and putting it away was way easier than I expected. You do the initial fold in half like the video shows then you just kind of wing it and fold and twist and it always ends up in a circle and easy to put away. Takes about 1 minute to set up and 30 seconds to take it down and put it away. The baggy it comes with fits nicely under the car seat and out of sight. I’m very happy with this product.

Living in Florida without a garage is brutal on your vehicles interior. I’ve tried many different sunshades and by far this is the best coverage and heat reduction to date. My Mazda CX-5 stays in the sun 75% of the day. The windshield sunscreen from KUST covers 99% of the front window. I actually recommended this product to a friend and she and her new BMW X5 are very happy with the sunscreen also.I’ll follow up at 6 months and 1 year to see how this one holds up(the true test).

I couldn't be more happy about a sunshade. I've spent so much money on trying to find one that fits. Well this one is absolutely a perfect fit all the way around. It was hard to fold at firstbut I watched the video carefully. I was holding it wrong. You have to hold it in the middle, right hand goes towards yous & the left hand away from you. Folds right up. Would definitely recommend.
