I don't really see the need to spend more money on a brand name when this has the same active ingredient..and it works! It will leave a little flakiness, mostly from the product being left on overnight, but it didn't dry out my skin or cause any adverse/unwanted reactions. First it’s kinda my fault because I NEVER use acne medication and probably didn’t use it properly, I also never have acne. Until recently I broke out and have no idea why because I never really ever get acne so I ordered this and smeared a thick layer over my entire face like three days in a row before bed. My acne absolutely VANISHED however my whole face was sooooo tight, dry, slightly flaking, itchy and irritated. I didn’t know that 10% benzoyl peroxide was strong. It’s been almost a week now of me moisturizing multiple times a day trying to repair my face. I’m almost all better. That being said! I do recommend this acne treatment!!! Going forward I won’t smear it over my whole face, I’ll just dab it on the acne spot it’s self, because this stuff absolutely destroys acne and very very quickly!

Great product help me a lot with acne

I was struggling with cystic acne and a lot of inflammation. This once a day (at night for me) has drastically improved my skin. I am thankful also that it is so affordable and that I didn’t need to see a dermatologist for that. Make sure to use a facial moisturizer with it as it can be a bit drying for the skin.
