Easy to use, all the features most people would ever need
It worked with a Ryzen 5600x right out of the box, no BIOS update needed. XMP profile for RAM was 1 click in BIOS setup. Plenty of fan headers and even a few RGB connections if you're in to that. The only cons are the included paperwork is just 1 sheet of paper that just shows an overview of the on board connections, but no labeling of the pin connections; specifically the front panel I/O, which has to be plugged in individually. You will have to search online for the specific model to find the actual 42 page user manual in PDF form to find the breakdown of all the specific pins functionality. No one includes driver media anymore, but you can either download drivers individually from Gigabyte's website, or download their "APP Center" application which will install driver updates for you, as well as some useful (and other not so useful) tools. Pay attention to the setup process with APP Center though, as it will try to, by default, install Norton Antivirus software. You can pick and choose which apps and drivers to install. The on board wifi/bluetooth supposedly supports up to about 450 mbps, but regardless of placement of the antenna, I was only able to get about 100 mbps upload and download speeds both before and after driver updates; my MacBook Pro sitting right next to the PC was able to get 545 mbps up/down. Your mileage may vary however. I haven't tested the on board wired LAN but it's an Intel 1gbps port so it should run at whatever your home internet is capable of. Overall solid board with no issues,

Perfect entry level, or in my case, perfect size for a test bench.
After years of using an ATX board for testing items to sell online, I decided to save space. I paired up with an AMD 3200G for the onboard graphics, freeing up the PCIe slot for whatever I need to test. While not the ideal CPU for gaming, fast enough for my needs, and I can add my spare GPU to the carry case and take it on the road if needed. Using a Thermalright AXP90 keeps the CPU cool, there is no fan noise, so I sometime forget it's on. If your case has front panel USB C, you may want to buy the the level MB, to keep the USB 3.2 speed. I haven't found an adapter that supports over 2.0. Other than that, a fair amount of USB ports on the back panel, for basic needs. The WiFi connected without the antenna's attached, that was unexpected. Five months of swapping peripherals for testing, the board passed the durability test, doing the job I need it to do. Most boards are being rebuilt daily.

Good inexpensive AM4 board
After a number of system upgrades, I found myself with a DDR4 memory kit, an ITX case and a 5600G without a home. I bought this board and a boot drive to assemble a low power system. Everything I put in was recognized out of the box, Windows install was straightforward and I've had zero issues with it. It's got the a520 chipset, so it's limited to 26 lanes of PCIe gen 3. It doesn't support overclocking and has a fairly basic VRM, so it's not the best choice for gaming. It only has 2 memory slots, one PCIe slot and one M.2 slot so expansion options are limited. If you understand it's limitations and can live within them, it's a great board. For this system I have no need to overclock and the 16 Gb of memory I have in it is all it will ever need. It recognized the XMP memory timings and runs it at the advertised 3600 mHz. Sitting here typing this review while streaming video from a media server it's drawing 31 watts, including the monitors. I can use it for light gaming and I have 6 TB of storage on it backing up some less important stuff. If you're building a gaming system I'd spend the extra money for a more fully featured B550 or X570 board, but for a fast, low power desktop this is an excellent choice.

Decent motherboard for mini-itx
This motherboard fit pretty well into my build. My biggest issue with it is that you need to unplug a small cable to reset your CMOS battery, as you canโt access the actual battery. I tried to do the two prong short circuit to reset CMOS, but it didnโt work, but the secondary method with the battery cable thankfully worked.

The Little Motherboard That Could (Proven Quality)
I built a Mini-ITX PC around this Gigabyte A520I AC a few years ago, and I have had zero issues. It works perfectly to this day. Itโs a great board for a small form factor build. The Direct 6 Phases Digital PWM is solid, even for powering a mid-range Ryzen CPU. It handled the initial setup like a champ, and the built-in Wi-Fi/AC has always been stable. If you're building a compact AM4 system, this board offers genuine proven Gigabyte quality and reliability. Itโs a set-it-and-forget-it component.

Great Motherboard.
The first motherboard I ordered look like it had been previously opened and upon further inspection I noticed there was a broken diode on the bottom of the board and noticed there was also missing components that were supposed to come with the motherboard. I didnโt even bother trying to power that one on and I returned it and this time received a brand new one with no issues. Itโs been great and the Bios was easy to flash and all the drivers were easy to update. I did notice though however my Wi-Fi was intermittent until I updated that wireless driver and I havenโt had any problems since. Itโs perfect for my mini iTX build and works great.

Donโt put your pc to sleep
This motherboard has issues with Linux sleep. It works, but everytime I put my desktop to sleep is turns on all of the fans on the computer. I think it even might be making the gpu and cpu heat up as after leaving in this โsleepโ mode for a while, the gpu and cpu felt hotter. What makes the sleep even worse though is that the oc becomes unresponsive and has to be forced to shutdown to turn back on. This is not an issue with non-gigabyte motherboards and I only found this out after building the pc.

Value
Yes I know itโs only PCIE3 but for the 3070 build I was making that was not the pinch point so great value

Works well
Set up an extra small PC using this. Cheap for ITX. Really tiny. Never felt anything is amiss. AM4 still rocks, especially with cheap processors and cheap RAM available.

Great little motherboard
Just wanted a small form factor motherboard, to do the job, and it delivers. Pairs great with my 5600G and handy in a small itx case.
