The measuring marks are great, many options to choose from. The cups are a bit flimsy, which is a plus and a minus. On the "bad" side, they can flip over easily as you are pouring liquid into them. On the "good" side, because they are a bit flimsy, it is very easy to make a "spout" to pour from. I used one measuring cup 6 times in one deep epoxy fill project and it worked great.
