What a bad advert in Amazon, stating all iy needs is a phone line and internet, when really need to be registered with the FCC to work and only in the USA And when you want to return it you need to pay about £40 for postage, Amazon will not take it back to its warehouse in Uk but to Nevada. Got an email form the sender will ncontact me but after a week no emails at all. Keep away

This product does not function in Ireland, but it does not state this on the web site, i returned this product by agreement by registered post TO their USA address on the 7 november it was received by them on the 18 november 2022, however i am still waiting for my refund i am very annoyed .It cost 56 euro return freight. Robert Sionnac .Ireland. Amazon please contact the this company and ask for my refund.

I was really looking forward to using this product but unfortunately, after contacting the manufacturer, I have been informed that it can not be used in the UK so not fit for Uk purpose! Therefore, this should have been made clear in the advert. I have contacted the supplier to arrange a return, but after seven days I still have not received a reply. I have today contacted them once again. This is £121 badly spent and I would like to receive a refund as soon as possible.

The information should state that is an American product which is ALMOST impossible to use in the UK. The product needs to be registered before the captions can be used. The registration form is prouced in American form and does not accept UK information.

Got this for my 82 year old dad. He loves it. Adjusting the volume and tone of the ringer was a game changer. This thing gets LOUD (both ringer and phone volume) which is great. He's very complimentary of the overall quality, premium feel, and user friendliness.

This is a wonderful phone and the sound is perfect. I do have to return it however because the caption does not work in Canada.

The setup is fairly easy and straight forward as long as you have Wi-Fi and internet service. I have used the phone only once thus far and the monitor worked very well. Customer must keep in mind that the speed and bandwidth of your Wi-Fi along with your internet service is going to determine how fast the words appear on the screen, so make sure you have an adequate speed and bandwidth when it comes to your internet service. I have a high frequency hearing loss and have constant ringing in my ears, so this purchase really helped me The only negative thing I can say about the phone is every time someone calls you, you have to adjust the volume every time. The volume does not stay at the level you adjusted it the first time, other then that this phone is perfect for my needs.

Does not work in Canada, not sure why they sell it on Amazon Canada. I thought if it just used AI to translate it would work but it doesn’t, they have an operator on the end of the line listening and typing out what’s being said. No way to do a return in canada with the shipping address they provide so it cost me another $60 to ship it back.
