Do the burners come with the cotter pins to attach them to the grill?

No, but not big deal. My Kenmore has tab that slot on burner fits over. Use old cotter pin or any piece of wire. Couple of my burners have no pins but as long as burner has screw on other end and grill stays upright, burner will stay in place. The biggest thing is finding the exact length of burner for your grill. Take accurate measurement. These fit mine perfect. Hope this helps.
