Package was great delivery not so good.
The PlayStation 4 was in perfect working order no problems there. However delivery instructions weren’t made clear to myself or the delivery driver I was asked for a 6 digit code that neither me or the driver knew how to access. I received the PlayStation the next day after a phone call to costumer service to avoid this happening I think it would be handy to send the costumers a text message with the code to make it easier.

Very pleased with the purchase, a little more than I wanted to pay, but for me the most important thing was it was in stock and arrived before Xmas.

Ps4 late arriving then no leads or nothing for it.
When aventually arrived there are no leads or nothing to attach to the television is really unacceptable.

I'm very pleased with this product! Especially as it arrived sooner than was estimated after its purchase. The FIFA 21 game is great, especially with a dual-shock controller. The graphics for this game are better than I expected, and have since purchased other PS4 games. I only wish, I'd got this product sooner, but, I've got it now, and am more than happy. GREAT!
