Pitralon After Shave Lotion 100ml lotion by Pitralon

This is a wonderfully refreshing and green/woody aftershave splash. I've been obsessed with wetshaving and fragrances for a number of years and always want to try new things. This is a very nice splash. The price is great for what you get. This is a nice alcohol aftershave, so be prepared to feel that wonderful burn! The fragrance lasts a number of hours after, so longevity is quite nice. Your skin will have a great post-shave feel. There are quite a large number of scent notes in this splash so I won't list them all, but they include Bergamot, Lavender, Sage, Jasmine, Cedarwood, Sandalwood and Leather. This is an easy splash to pair with for sure. It functions beautifully for what it is. You won't be disappointed!

It is unknown in my part of the world. but is famous elsewhere, so i had to try it. It is an alcohol heavy splash so enjoy the burn. & it smells fresh with an old school barbershop scent. A+

This is a classy aftershave, a version with origins in the 1930s (but different formulae over time and in different countries). It has a nice cedar smell for a shortish while after you use it -- a half hour or maybe longer. I'm giving it 4 stars because it doesn't absolutely blow my socks off (like, say, Gabel's Lilac, or -- in the right weather -- Gabel's Bay Rum). Suitable for any man, probably not for a kid who shaves; it's a more adult, even an older guy smell by current standards.

In a crowded field, Pitralon is my all-time favorite aftershave! I have used it for years and the formula has remained relatively the same, in recent years. Its both refreshing and invigorating, offering a piney-lemon scent that lasts for a good amount of time. Both toning and conditioning are excellent - I recommend Pitralon to all shavers!

I stumbled upon some shave reviews on YouTube and they led me to this product. I could find very little information on it however, only that some reviewers really liked the scent. It seemed very no nonsense so I went for it. First off there are two makes of Pitralon. A German and a Swiss formula. I've heard the Swiss is of rose & banana notes. Sounds a little strange. This German formula however is amazing! It's a very clean scent and has natural spring oil and cedar oil. I absolutely love the cedar. It smells fresh and clean. After my shaves it feels great. Alcohol burn is very mild and it feels like an equally mild yet long lingering menthol cool that makes your skin feel great if you should have a little razor burn. I hope this review helps anyone else seeking info on this great aftershave.

Hands down, this is the best aftershave I've even purchased. Been buying for years from another vendor, who unfortunately, doesn't keep them stocked enough, and quite frankly, over charges. Classy, sophisticated, breaks and tones the skin (bald head shaver btw) and of course, smells like fresh early crisp Saturday mornings. Will continue to buy, until I'm no longer able to.

Good business and formal appropriate scent (to my nose, citrus fruit peel and pine and soap), medium sting and cool post shave, handsome bottle. The scent is timeless, not dated. The original shipment was the after shave box with a bottle of pre-shave in it (which is a faint version of the aftershave). Amazon had a no return eligible notation for the seller, but when contacted the seller promptly sent the correct product and even gift wrapped it.

Nice smelling German aftershave that feels great on the face. I only wish the longevity of the scent was longer.
