Great Flavour
As this was my first time making my own sausages I was skeptical how they would turn out. All I can say is these were the best flavored sausages I have tasted in years. I have only tried the Cumberland so far and also purchased the Old English and Premium Pork which I cannot wait to start making my next batch. The Cumberland however is highly recommended by myself.

Really good
Easy to use, complete mix, just add to meat and the next day we have delicious Cumberland Sausages. Very convenient and good value for money. This pack size is perfect for 800g to 1kg of mince pork. I use the 80/20. We're a small family so that's ideal for us.

A little salty and too firm
The flavour was almost like Cumberland but not enough pepper. I made it exactly according to instructions and it was too salty by maybe 25% for me and the texture it creates is very firm. It was ok to finish but I don't think I will buy again.

Tasty sausage spice
First time I've used this flavour mix, the taste of the final product was amazing. Made a great tasting sausage and the 100g pack was enough to flavour 1 kilo and made around 30 good Size sausage
