Finding a quality on house mailbox that doesn't include a locking feature is difficult. This one fits that niche well. The size is big enough for small packages (the reason I wanted to avoid locking features), and the heavy duty stainless makes it feel like it will last several lifetimes.With a noise sensitive dog, I fully appreciate the bumpers that soften the noise of closing. Very hard to find feature that many will be interested in.As with anything stainless, fingerprints are a thing. I coated mine in thin layer of car wax to help with that.If I could add one thing, it needs a small drainage hole on the bottom. Our mailperson has left it open after putting things in a few times, and if it had been raining, it would have been a lake inside.

The mailbox seems really sturdy and high quality! Purchased based on the simple, modern style and I’m very pleased with it. It’s really helped update the exterior of our house.Our contractor installed it so I can’t speak to the ease of that (they did mention they had to add spacers so the mailbox lid wouldn’t hit the house numbers that are mounted just above the mailbox).

I have to be honest, I bought it for it's looks.It's beautiful. This mailbox has heft and is sturdier than the one it replaced. The only issue is it doesn't come with the hardware to install it, which it clearly stated it was not included. My personal opinion would be charge $5 more and include the hardware. I also have to say that when you contact the company they respond very quickly. I was in Home Depot looking for the right screws and Patrick texted me back with the info, he was extremely helpful.

We love this mailbox. It looks great and feels heavy and solid. I don't lock it, so I don't know why I am being asked to rate that feature. I don't think it has a lock. Why would you want to lock the post delivery person from putting mail in your box? It's a great mailbox.

I love the elegant lines of this mailbox. It opens and closes nicely. It was easy to hang using the template that came with it.

I like the mailbox. I do not like the CS. You have to request them to waterproof it. I did not know that. CS somewhat replies but are not helpful to have it water proofed after the fact. Poor CS in my opinion.

Sleek, sturdy. I gave it 5 stars for easy installation as it is. However, please see silver spacer/s in the pic that was added. This is because of the sculptured brick. The lid could not open all the way. But little problem fixed! Looks so nice!

This mailbox does not have a lock feature, which is what we were looking for. It is sturdy, great-looking, and easy to install. It even comes with a template for installation ! I highly recommend it!
