Uncomfortable and Absolutely Awful to Wear!
My District Nurse used this once. NEVER AGAIN!! I absolutely refused to wear this abomination to healthcare! Uncomfortable in the extreme, I defy anyone to suffer this awful item in the extreme! Since then, I’m now deeply suspicious of every new dressing my DN uses and I’ve told her as much. So now, it goes like this: if a new dressing is used, I demand her absolute assurance it’s 100% comfortable to wear for all with no negative reviews. The rule now is “I’ll not wear uncomfortable dressings, no matter how “essentially necessary “ the DN says they are. If a dressing is uncomfortable - the dressing comes off!. End of!
