I was expecting a different taste- BUT OMG. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Being lactose intolerant I was abit sceptical as certain products will be dairy free but will still give you gas. No issues with this product. I use it with my bullet and Lactose free milk. When at home I blend my fruits and spinach with it for an extra boost. It really takes the hunger away, I drink it for lunch at work + healthy snacks and I'm good until I get home for dinner. I'm glad I've managed to stick with the healthy lifestyle change and this product has definitely been a great source of protein. My only issue is why such a BIG container? It's literally half full.

Very good taste, and the delivery arrived on time

This product says lactose free on the front, but it actually isn't. One scoop mixed with 200ml water is not Lactose Free. The manufacturer instructions say you have to mix it with 350ml of water for it to count as lactose free. Of course, if you drink it all you are still consuming 1 scoop of powder and the amount of lactose in one scoop of powder. They are exploiting the fact that if you mix it thin enough it waters the Lactose down so much that they don't have to count it as an ingredient. This also affects the flavour, which was pretty bad to begin with because of all the sweetener they've put into it. I think that this is false advertising on the front of the packet that only becomes apparent if you read the fine print on the back. I have returned it and wont be using it again.

I have tried and tried to fill out the complaints form from BioTechUSA which doesnt work. I have a product that looks like it has mice droppings in it and no way of contacting the supplier to Amazon

Bottle arrived less than half full. Horrible service! I recommend the product but from another buyer. That’s a Scam!!!

Efficace

A mio parere molto gustoso. Polvere facile da sciogliere ed a differenza di altri prodotti già usati non fa schiuma. Da intollerante al lattosio apprezzo molto queste proteine.

Das BioTechUSA Iso Whey Zero überzeugt durch eine sehr gute Qualität, löst sich hervorragend auf und ist gut verträglich. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Geschmack – wirklich angenehm und nicht künstlich, was bei Proteinpulvern leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Verpackung: Die Dose bzw. der Beutel ist deutlich größer als der eigentliche Inhalt. Das wirkt unnötig und aus meiner Sicht nicht besonders umweltfreundlich, da hier vermeidbar Ressourcen verschwendet werden. Vielleicht wäre es sinnvoll, zusätzlich eine günstigere Nachfüllvariante (z. B. in einfachen Beuteln) anzubieten, mit der man die vorhandene Verpackung wiederverwenden kann. Das würde sowohl Kosten sparen als auch die Umwelt schonen. Fazit: Tolles Produkt mit sehr gutem Geschmack und Qualität – lediglich die Verpackungsgröße sollte im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit überdacht werden.
