is this torch powerful enough to heat a stuck bolt and get it loose?

Worked for me! Twice in the past week. I like the small directed flame for heating just the nut. Works 100% better than my propane torch which seems to heat everything in sight and never works to get a nut loose.

About how many refills can i get from the the 5 oz butane canister ?+
