It doesn't say anywhere what kind of roast it is.can u please tell me if it's medium or dark roast. Thanks. CB

Italians don't go by medium or dark roast more by a bean grade that will give you more ideas about the blend here is an example from Molinari's website on a scale of 5 beans A blend with intriguing personality that combines body and moderate acidity with the flavour of chocolate and spices, thus making it ideal for those who love a coffee with a well proportioned and balanced savour and with a persistent and striped cream. Aroma 3-1/2 bean Body 4-1/2 Acidità / Acidity 1 Dolcezza / Sweetness 2 https://www.caffemolinari.com/catalogo/ho.re.ca./flow-bag-1-kg_0187.htm
