Fitted to a tractor and trailer, even with a 20metre cable image quality is excellent and more than adequate to see what’s behind you. Two camera inputs are available with a trigger wire that can be connected to automatically switch input when vehicle put into reverse. All connectors feel well made and sturdy, both camera and screen appear to be reasonably well made, the camera bracket is very strong and durable. The weak point is the plastic bracket that holds the monitor and just sticks to the dash with adhesive. This is the only monitor fixing method supplied. I didn’t use this and ground down the heads of a couple of bolts to fit in the track on the back of the monitor and bolted on a RAM mount ball and then used their fixings to hold it securely to the cab. Great kit, the supplied monitor bracket may be strong enough for your needs but a simple stronger fixing can easily be made up, definitely recommended.
