Multi Collagen Peptides, Type I II III V X Hydrolyzed Collagen | Collagen Supplements for Women & Men, Fast Dissolve, Unflavored Colageno, No Sugar, Keto, 16oz

I am a regular purchaser at Amazon and this is my third Multi Collagen that I have tried or purchased. I originally purchased the Ancient Nutrition Strawberry-Lemonade over a year ago, which I used in a blender with several protein powders and pure Magnesium, Calcium and Potassium. A friend of mine swears Collagen helps tighten her gums. We both inherited receding gum lines (I need to get teeth cleanings every three months to prevent further recession!). When she told me that I began taking the Ancient Nutrition Strawberry-Lemonade every morning and I felt really energized, but then after about 4 days, my stomach began hurting and I had some insomnia. I further read up on Collagen and learned I had to make sure I took Collagen with amino acids to balance out the affects/effects on my stomach and not take it so close to bedtime. Well, I researched the various Collagens and liked what I read about Terranics, plus it was slightly less money, SO, I bought my first container and right from the start, I enjoyed the flavor and how nicely it dissolved. I liked using the Terranics in just plan warm water, as the flavor was comforting to me. I have noticed my skin seems more elastic and although I don't need it for my Italian/Russian plentiful head of hair, I believe my hair is even more fuller. My nails are stronger, too and YES, I feel more "Peppy!" My friend who claimed her gums were tighter sent me a container of Vital Proteins for my birthday, which also has Amino Acids added, but Terranics has Biotin added, and frankly speaking, I didn't care much for the taste of the Original Vital Proteins, plus it seems more difficult to dissolve, SO, I only use the gifted Vital Proteins for my Blended shake multi-mixes, instead. So, this is an honest review that I wanted to share out of my own personal preference. I have already gifted two of my other friends with Terranics Collagen and one of them believes it helps her with her digestive issues, so that's another Plus to share with all of you reading my personal review.

Flavorless, I add it to my coffee. So far I've been using for 2 weeks n taking daily.. I have noticed less achiness. My hair is getting new growth. I will update n 2 weeks I will purchase again MY UPDATE: I am definitely going to continue with this product. My hair is growing my skin has been improving. My knees and shoulders are feeling better. I feel so much better, and look better. I definitely recommend this product to all my friends and family and to whoever is reading my review you can't go wrong with this definitely so many benefits. Just buy it and you will see what I am talking about two thumbs up:) 2nd update: I really love this product. I have a lot of new hair sprouting my nails are a lot thicker and stronger and they don't chip as easy as before. This is a product that I will continue to buy Non-Stop and refer my friends too I had referred two of my friends and they all are very happy that I recommended this collagen to them they even started their husbands on it. I add mine in my morning coffee and if I'm not having coffee I added in my yogurt or oatmeal can't taste it there's no gritty feeling and it dissolves instantly and no taste so will not change the taste of anything that you are eating or drinking. A friend of mine lost a lot of hair after covid and has tried different vitamins and a product that cost hundreds of dollars and really has not had much luck but since she started her collagen she has seen improvement in so many things. You can't go wrong this is a must buy:))

This collagen powder is the best! I am 55 years young and I have tried other products in the past, but this one here is overall the best one I have ever used. I have been using it now for about a year and it’s good value for the money I like the size of the jar it has no taste. It dissolves well in my morning cup of tea with no grit or clumps, it blends well in my smoothie I’ve used it in oatmeal it dissolves great. I have noticed less joint pain in the morning and after my daily walks, my nails grow really really fast and my hair is very, very shiny and my skin it has this nice glow I have no forehead lines, no crows feet. I think my skin looks really good better than it did 20 years ago. I get compliments on my skin all the time.

The ingredients in this collagen powder are excellent! Collagen is the main structural protein that forms the protective tissue throughout the whole body, from skin to bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments. It contains natural amino acids that have so many benefits for both the brain and body, and I am encapsulating the powder in gel capsules to make it easier for me AND my aging parents to take every day. The powder is pretty fine, making it versatile and easy to use. It blends well into a variety of drinks and foods like herbal tea, coffee, matcha latte, hot chocolate, shakes, smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, and more. It melts best in hot liquids, but you can use room temp liquid then add ice cubes to prevent clumping. The taste of the powder isn't great, but it's not supposed to be, and it's mostly tasteless, which makes it ideal for mixing into different drinks and foods without compromising the taste or smell. The quality of this collagen powder is excellent, and I love that it contains biotin (biotin deficiency can result in hair loss, skin rashes and brittle nails) and hyaluronic acid, which acts as a natural cushion and lubricant for eyes, hair, skin, and joints. It also contains Vitamin C, which helps increase collagen synthesis. I love it! I highly recommend this multi collagen powder!

The best collagen I have tried, my skin looks better so I'm happy. Incorporate a vitamin C with it to see quicker results.

Can't rate it yet, as I just received it yesterday. I can tell you it has everything I need for gluteal tendonopathy. Seems like a good product. I'll revisit rating later on.

It’s too early to right a full review but these are my honest opinions from use so far 1. No noticeable foul smell from the jar when opened 2. Needs a little effort to mix out in coffee ( not excessive, but the dissolve is not effortless) 3. No discernible taste in my coffee once mixed in 4. The product settles, so shake well 5. The serving scoop is small so the product may last some time. I have not yet begun to see any changes in my body, but I am hopeful Update** It’s been some months since I have started taking this product and I am very satisfied.. Hair and nails are growing and strong… my joints still ache sometimes but not with the intensity it used to… as for my skin it looks healthy! I will continue to use this product as long as the price and quality remains consistent

It is easy to take--I just add it to my coffee, and it mixes right in. It has no taste, so that is good also, so you don't even know that you are taking it. i feel much better since i have been taking it.
