Yes it will we use then with our glasses at work and we either use them or go with regular over the glasses barrier for health care, they both do the same.

This item is easy to put on and take off; they are super comfortable, don't irritate the skin, and don't cause glare. They do an excellent job of blocking particles. Personally, I use them at work every day. I recommend them 100% if you're looking for extra protection without having to buy prescription safety glasses.
