This is a really cute set of building blocks, I love that’s it’s geared towards girls, my daughter who’s two and a half really likes it. It isn’t a very large set, you get everything pictured on the box. There is a really good variety of pieces and while she plays my daughter keeps reconfiguring her castles so I don’t really think more pieces is needed, this size set makes for an easy clean up. The prince, princess and horse drawn carriage really adds a lot of play value to the set. Both the prince and princess fits inside the carriage with the top on, we haven’t had any problems like other reviewers have mentioned. All the piece’s dimensions are configured really well to correspond to each other, the carriage can be taken apart and used as a base for a tower and so on, this makes it easy for a two and a half year old to play with it and feel successful with what she is creating.

Very beautiful, they are exactly if not prettier in person smooth and well done my daughter loves them. However for the amount that I paid I do wish that more came with it you can build sort of what is a castle but I do wish she could’ve had more to be creative with

We just got these yesterday and already LOVE them!! I bought them for my 4yo daughter because she had a set of cheaper wood blocks from walmart and she played with them all the time. I mean, hours of open-ended play! But she didn't have any wood people and I thought she would enjoy the "princess" aspect of this set. She was ecstatic to see these come in the mail and I can tell that these are much better quality than the other set we bought from Walmart. These are a smoother finish with no rough edges, and they are considerably larger as well! (Pictured)

This is probably one of the best toys I've bought my daughter thus far. It is too adorable for words. But I'll try.. I love the girly colors & all the little details on this set. My little one (who is 1 year) is having a blast stacking & arranging these in different ways. There are not a ton of blocks so I will be buying a second set in the future. Though this is a good amount for now. These encourage imaginative play like no other. We have found TONS of different ways to make castles & houses. We've played with them for at least an hour at a time. I'll keep the smaller pieces away for now, or just bring them out when mommy is playing too. :) I highly recommend this product.

These are awesome blocks. I wish that I had these when I was a little girl. My daughters love pretend play and they make endless prince and princess stories up to go along with these fairy tale blocks. They are well made and sturdy, i'm sure they will last forever. The colors are lovely and being blocks these are very open ended. They can be used to build many different things and can be combined with other toys for lots of imaginative play. I recommend these for any little people that love fairy tales.

LOVE these! We bought all three sets (fairy tale, castle, and fantasy) and they are awesome. I have a 1 and 2 year old, so we have put away the smaller pieces (people and horses) for when they are older. The remaining blocks are a very nice size, well-made, and beautiful. The three sets mix and match wonderfully. I read a few comments about the carriage not being able to fit a person inside, but ours fits perfectly with the top on. . . with a little room to spare. So, perhaps the people had a flawed set and I hope they got replacement parts.

4 stars instead of 5 because the little figures do not fit in the carriage as shown. They are too tall and the top of the carriage actually balances on their head and doesn't fit into the groove it was meant to connect into. This is the only drawback. I also have a set of the castle blocks and bought the set of basic creative blocks to go with them. There really aren't enough blocks in one set to build anything with except as pictured. Well made and nice texture and colors.

We bought this block set for my two-year-old daughter. She loves it. She loves the princess, she loves the prince, she loves the two horses. She loves building very tall towers. She loves knocking them down. The only problem with this set is that it only has 35 blocks. We ended up purchasing the Plan Toys Castle Blocks set as well so that she could enjoy the blocks more and play with them longer. 70 blocks has been a great amount for us. We also like having a few more figurines.I would definitely recommend this set along with another Plan Toys block set.

My 2 year old granddaughter loves this toy, it is well made, imaginative and great fun, it will provide entertainment for many years to come
