Best flour for baking. Consistent results.

My family has used only King Arthur flour for four generations and we have been occasionally disappointed with other brands. The qualities is superb and the company is owned by the people that work there. The customer support and recipes and offerings on their website are amazing with dozens of recipes using these products. I prefer the organic just because I do! But in a pinch I have used the regular all-purpose flour as well as many other flour that they offer with no noticeable difference . Responsible ownership and ethical values. Wouldn't think of shopping anywhere else.

The flour is wonderful, but the packing not so much. The bags were able to flop around in the box during transit.

Less than $8. for 5 lbs. is the lowest price I have found anywhere. I have made several orders, and will continue to for this deal. King Arthur Baking Company is one of the few reputable large companies, and I truly appreciate that they are employee owned. If only we all had the opportunity to work at such a great company.

I love this product, but the package was ripped and it was a mess when I received it. I know it’s not drives fault or Amazon or even sender but the package is easy to rip. It might be best to purchase in person

It seems the more we learn, the more Organic means something and with King Arthur (KA) now offering an all purpose organic, it's what I use. Like all KA products, it arrived fresh with a silky smooth texture and after making bread, pizza and cookie, its baking performance is top notch. As for Size: I used to buy 10 pound sacks of flour and freeze half of it trying to save a few pennies. But over time I have found simply buying 5 pound sacks gives me a better freshness in the kitchen, better than frozen flour. Just my experience. I have gone back to the small size sacks. Lastly, KA bags seem to hold up better in shipping than most others I use or have used. I cannot remember a KA sack opening up in the shipping box. All flour sacks leak a little but KA seems to have the smallest leakage of them all.

It’s known for being the best flour on the market. A little pricy. I’ve used it several times and my baking generally turns out better than other flours.
