So at first I was on the fence about the hair. It arrived on time and beautiful straight from the package, however I had some issues with tangling and some shedding. After washing the first time I lost a lot of the curl pattern. However, I contacted the company and they were able to help solve some of my issues. The hair no longer tangles and very minor shedding. The frontal is gorgeous though. This hair is a great buy if you don't mind having to curl the hair to get the loose wave look. If you want wet ance wavy hair, I would go with a tighter curl pattern
