Two weeks use and not working properly now
Was very happy with this purchase at first, now two weeks in and the bottom half doesn’t heat properly and the top is starting to do the same, after waiting nearly a month for it to arrive I’m very unhappy with my purchase I would like to be contacted by the seller to resolve this problem

Faulty product, shameless!
The product is faulty, warm too much and all the food burn or stick. Totally damage and the electri system seems is going to blow up.Now, I supposse to pay £60 to return it to USA. Shameless!!

Broken device which can’t connect to UK power
Bought it without knowing I couldn’t use it in the UK as the description doesn’t specify. When arrived, checked connection and realised can’t be used here. Left it in package for a while for a present to a relative who leave in America. Opening now to check and wrap and realise is broken.

Ir can’t be used in uk and there is nothing to indicate it So I wasted my money
