light weight, ergonomics, easy control to answer teams call, mute, volume control, audio sound quality is good, noise cancel mic quality is awesome. No hassle cable on floor and avoids damages.

Microphone QualityThe microphone on this headphone is simply amazing, with excellent noise cancellation. However, it still picks up some high-frequency sounds, such as a baby crying loudly. To fix this issue, you can use a windshield (foam) for the mic, which will help resolve the problem.Audio QualityThe audio quality is just okay; nothing special. You can hear sound, but there's no bass, treble, or anything noteworthy. It’s not suitable for audiophiles, gamers, or movie lovers.Go for it if your priority is high-quality calls on Teams and other meeting apps.

NO WARRANTY SUPPORT, DONT BUY OLD MODEL, DEFECTIVE
DONT BUY THIS. It is out of support product. NOT available to register warranty or have any sort of support for this product. It is not even listed in the website. the Mike keeps falling to the low, its loose & bad fitment. package came with NO case or cover, just a plastic zip lock over amazon paper cover. Mike has issue but no support, no warranty or no option even register or contact Jabra. 7 days return policy is there but i was travelling & did not see the defect. It can be corrected by warranty claim BUT no option to even register the device, it can be even fake at this point. DONT BUY THIS MODEL

All good except packing
Mic noise cancellation is amazing. Even in a noisy place the person on the other end never complains about background noise.Comfortable on ear.Works like a charm with teams.Only con that I can think is of packaging. Very poorly packaged.Does not even come in a box.just a plastic packet.
