Rock hard very dark and dry (Updated review)
This is by far the worst of the different brands of jerky. It was the hardest, driest, and most dark out of all the different brands of other jerky. Update: 1 star to 5 star. Seller offered a full refund after Amazon already issued a gift card for the inconvenience of a haggled sale and trouble with the item itself. Our star rating will go back to 1 star from 5 star if the credit card used for the original payment is not refunded in 30 days from today, 2/16/24.

Not worth the price for what you get
For the price, it still tastes like processed meat jerky. The flavor is bold and nice size of a slice to bite on. I still give it 4 stars because I’m still eating it obviously. Would I buy it again? Well, hence the 4 stars. Worth a try, but I wouldn’t pay that much for nothing in quality standards that says it’s worth its price.

Finally, Jerky Worth the Hype
Country Archer jerky is the real deal. Most jerky either tastes like salted cardboard or requires a dental plan to chew through. Not this. It’s tender without being mushy, packed with flavor without being fake or overpowering, and it actually tastes like real meat (imagine that!). The seasoning is spot-on — bold enough to make you keep reaching for another piece, but not so strong that it overwhelms. It’s the kind of jerky you “save for later” and then accidentally eat the whole bag in one sitting. Price is fair, quality is high, and honestly, it puts the gas station jerky brands to shame.

Very unsatisfactory
This product tasted terrible. I tried to give it to two different people thinking it was just me and the said it was terrible and wouldn’t take it for free. I wouldn’t even rate this a one star but I was required to in order to proceed. And I’m unable to return.

The product was fresh! I wish there was more in the packets. It seemed so little, like I was eating samples!
