We love Thai food and Thai hot tea (without milk). Good restaurants use commercially available granules. This tea has leaves, some powder, and a small amount of sticks. If you brew it carefully, it is very good! My wife and I love real (Camellia sinensis) teas. The flavors vary by location, terroir, growing conditions, pcking conditions, and processing. In addition to Thai tea, we like Darjeeling (Indian), Assam (Indian) Green Tea (Specifically "Nihoncha", real Japanese teas: Sencha and Matcha), and several black teas from numerous countries. We buy all of our teas from Amazon by selecting carefully. Enrich yourself by trying a variety!

Tastes is fantastic when brewed properly. Very expensive on Amazon. I now buy the bag at the local Asian grocery for $4.95 each and restaurant depot sells them at $2.95 a bag

It tastes wonderful but there's so much artificial food coloring in it, that it literally leaves stains on things. I don't understand the reason for any food coloring let alone how much is used here.

Easy to prepare. You can use Truvia instead of sugar too. I always keep some brewed in the fridge.

Made this for a Thai inspired BBQ. Would not buy again since it has artificial colors and flavors in it. Everyone loved it tho.
