I'd had a Lenovo AIO since early 2016 that was suffering under the twin strains of old age and constant Zoom meetings. There's a huge range of prices and features among available AIOs and much better screen/hard drive options than there was in '16. I wound up paying less than I had then while picking up the three things most important to me: a solid-state drive (to increase retrieval speed and eliminate machine noise during video conferences), the AMD Ryzen 5 processor, and lots of RAM. Another plus is the built-in DVD drive. The new Lenovo is terrific: fast, quiet, and up to all of the general productivity, light graphics and data processing tasks I require. The touch screen is crisp and clear. The camera, located at the top center of the bezel, is not the best, but it's fine for 1080p and lower levels of resolution. Low-light photography is acceptable (in addition to video calls, I use this camera to record television press interviews; commercial stations have been satisfied with the quality). I also appreciate the physical lens blocker built into the housing of the computer. I swapped the corded keyboard and mouse for cordless models -- a big reason to have an AIO is to reduce cable clutter -- but noted during setup that both were precise and the keyboard is clicky, a pleasure to type on. Packaging is minimal and operation couldn't be easier; I was up and running within minutes of taking the machine out of its box. The stand, a curved metal tube, it elegant and minimal. I've seen some users complain that the stand doesn't keep the screen straight: I've had no such problems. All-in-all, I'm very satisfied with the computer, it's a terrific value.

I’ve had this computer for at least 5 years now. I haven’t had any trouble from it. It’s fast and reliable. I also love how it takes up less space. I hope to get a few more years out of it.

It is hard to wrap my brain around just how awesome this computer is in every single facet except the camera. First, you just can't beat the specs at the Black Friday price point of $600: 16 GB of ram, Ryzen 5 processor, and a 550+ ssd. This thing is wicked fast! We live in a 100 year old stone house. I have a Google Mesh Wifi running with the closest router a floor below. This computer gets about 400 upload and download; my previous laptop only was 80! With all of that said, if you're like me and working through Zoom from home, the camera just isn't usable. It is almost like trying to watch TV back in the days when you'd have to manually adjust antennas. I tried playing around with the settings but nothing works. I will keep the computer for everything else it offers, but as a teacher, will need to upgrade to a better camera. Oh, the wired mouse and keyboard, as others have mentioned, takes away from the clean nature of the all in one. I don't mind the keyboard being wired since it hardly moves. But would definitely recommend buying yourself a wireless mouse. They are cheap enuff

I am not a techy, just so you know my level of information. It's A Very Fast processor, downloads are quick, screen is nice size & excellent quality for movies, it is easy to use, I experienced no problems with transition from my old to my new Lenovo computer, it is space convenient. I love that a processor is not in a separate piece of equipment as I wanted to relocate my computer to the main floor of my home and didn't want a lot of clutter around. Convenient for the elderly. The only thing I would change is that I wish I could move the screen up and down vertically. I am so happy with this computer!

The Lenovo computer that I now have has been flawless. After returning an HP that had an annoying loud fan, I bought this Lenovo. I love the Ryzen 5 processer, the 16 gigs of ram. I did CAD work for many years and always had to have a very high-end computer system. Not doing that or gaming now. For every day normal word processing, spreadsheets, web surfing, YouTube viewing. This is the best. Love the NON touch screen. Did not need it, and did not want it. No glare with the screen. So, it all comes down to what you want a computer for. For me this fit the bill, a very fast, AIO that can fit on a small desk and do everything I need.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of sharing the computer with the rest of my family and given its above-average speed, and reliability it has quickly become a device I never get the opportunity to use myself. however, that is hardly the fault of the device itself which is Windows 11 compatible, fast, and very reliable for the purposes of work and day-to-day activity. I would not recommend this particular model for heavy gaming as it is not designed for high graphics processing or entertainment, and the camera does leave something to be desired often giving a somewhat grainy texture during zoom conferences.

Most sleek AIO computer in the world. All you have is just a monitor. Guess what, everything else are all integrated inside the monitor - CPU, mother board, memory, graphic chip! There even is a DVD player. AMD Ryzen 5 4500U cpu is plenty powerful and beat Intel cpu. 16GB memory and 512GB SSD memory makes running everyday programs piece a cake. It’s a beautiful computer with big monitor that makes easy on your eyes with clean design. No hassles to deal with multiple cables, boxes. Plug keyboard and mouse into the monitor you are all set. Or you can use wireless keyboard / mouse if you are the extreme one. Enjoy the beautiful piece of art.

Just had this computer a week and I love it so far. It is compact for my small desk, has a 24 inch screen that is very good quality, love the speakers great sound. It is very fast to boot up and work with. Very easy to set up.

Es un All in one, con un procesador bastante poderoso en este momento, ryzen 5 4500u, 16gb de ram, disco nvme de 512GB, pantalla 24 pulgadas. Cumple en desempeño para cualquier tarea de oficina u hogar en este 2020. Lo "malo" viene en Inglés el SO, pero puedes cambiar la configuración en el panel de control a español y listo todo queda traducido, el teclado viene en inglés es decir sin la "ñ", pero puedes conectarle cualquier teclado en español que sea usb o bluetooth y sin problema funcionará sin problema. El mouse que trae es decente y alámbrico. Sin duda es un equipo recomendable Youtube, Office, incluso para tareas medianas en suites tipo photoshop o algo así. Sin embargo no para Gaming a menos que quieras correr juegos de 5 años atrás con graficas medias-bajas como mucho. Al ser un AIO no se le puede comprar una tarjeta de video. Por el precio en estos momentos principios de 2021 en México es prácticamente imposible conseguir un AIO nacional de las mismas prestaciones pero más barato. (casi toda la porquería nacional en este precio alrederdor de los 15k MXN es Celeron, o AMD A4 o cosas básicas)

A fast computer, good graphics and screen, delivered on time. I replaced the cheap mouse and keyboard supplied with better ones. Alexa was included and merged with the rest of the household shows, echos, and cameras.

La compré por tener 16 GB en RAM y disco SSD. Me ha sorprendido lo rápido que se conecta a internet y el rápido procesamiento de tareas, no soy un usuario que emplee software de gran exigencia pero si ejecuto muchas tareas simultáneas y esta computadora tiene todo para manejar estas capacidades. La recomiendo mucho para usuarios caseros o de oficina.
