This collar was very inexpensive. I chose this collar primarily because a week or so prior, I had received the matching leash from the same manufacturer and was impressed by the quality of the leash, especially considering how inexpensive it was. Well, just like the leash, the collar did not disappoint. It is also extremely durable-feeling and well-made. It doesn't feel even the tiniest bit cheap, it feels like it cost significantly more than it actually did. I have a Beagle/Blue Heeler mix and when I measured her neck, the measurement was 16 inches, so I chose a medium-sized collar based on the size specs provided by the manufacturer. The sizing is perfect - this collar definitely fits her much better than her previously collar did, and I am sure she appreciates the added comfort of the soft neoprene on the inside of the collar. The metal ring where I attach her leash (yes, that ring IS metal and is DEFINITELY NOT plastic as some reviews have claimed) feels like it's made of good quality metal. The leash attached easily and securely. I also attach her name tag with my contact info to that part of her collar (we usually use a harness with her unless she is just going out to pee real quick). I didn't have too much trouble getting the tag onto the collar and I am not at all worried it'll fall off. The collar itself fits perfectly, being tight enough to not slip over her head to fall off, but being loose enough that I can easily get two fingers under the collar, between the collar and her neck. The clasps that buckle it on are made of plastic - but they also do not feel flimsy or cheap. The buckle is made of nice, heavy-duty plastic that buckles securely and feels like it isn't going to break at all Overall, this is a great collar that looks and feels like it was not just more expensive, but significantly more expensive, than it actually costs.

This is the best designed collar I’ve found. When my dogs play, my puppy loves to grab my older dog’s collar and pull on it. I’ve tried plastic collars with belt-type buckles and nylon with quick release buckles. She can undo the belt buckle type, chew through plastic and pull on nylon ones hard enough to loosen them and pull them off. The only way to stop it was to adjust them for fit and then sew the layers together, an extra task I can do without.This collar has an extra piece that keeps the length where you set it, so it can’t just be yanked on and loosened. The padding not only makes it more comfortable for the dog, but also stops the collar from being unintentionally loosened through the buckle.I am extremely pleased with these collars - no more worrying about broken or missing collars or searching through the back yard hunting for lost tags. I love them!

This my second purchase of this collar. They are well made and I like the soft padding. My first seems to be holding up on my piti so I bought the second one for my old girl. She usually runs around naked but looks so pretty dressed up!

I’ve bought this collar for my dogs several times. I would replace them when the old colors faded and looked beat up, even though they were holding up great in terms of function. The plastic clasp always clicks sturdily and the metal ring to attach the tags/leash is sewn in very well. Five stars for those original ones.The past couple I’ve bought, though, aren’t quite as good. The plastic buckle on two of them started breaking. The clip stayed closed, but the wide flat part of the plastic clip started chipping away, so I got nervous and got a replacement. That made it more of a four-star collar.On this last one I ordered, the metal leash clip ring has been subbed out for plastic. It looks strong for plastic, but that does not seem like a sturdy option for the long term. Now we’re in 3-star territory. 😕 If the plastic clasp or the plastic loop break on this one, I’m going to have to switch to a new manufacturer.

This is a good quality and secure doggie necklace! I bought a neutral color for my girl so I could add the flower on it and it looks super cute! The clasp is plastic but isn’t thin and flimsy. Adjusts so it’s tight and doesn’t slide open. Good purchase!

bright and durable, fit my small dog perfectly. Needed a bright color to spot her in our big yard and she hasn’t complained or tried to scratch it off

This is the best collar we have used for our dog.So far all the collars he had would rub against his neck and cause hair loss and balding and whenever we take off his collar it looks so sad.But this one not. Its been 5 months now and the hair on his neck has come back. Finding this collar was the best solution for his balding neck. We love it and now have got the same in other colours.

Bright orange color and very durable. I love that it is lined with soft neoprene for my shorthaired pup. Clasp is large and easy to use. (collars come off at bed time and go back on in the AM) Orange is bright and very easy to see. The reflective edge easy reflects a flashlight in the yard. If it wears out I will but the same one again.
