Found this pasta at local market and really liked it for my chicken noodle soup recipe. Now the market is out, but Amazon saved the day! Pasta is not too thick, tastes wonderful (kind of buttery, creamy, perfect pasta flavor). I’m sure it would also be delicious with any sauce or in other uses. Try it, you will like it.😊

I use to buy this product at a local food store chain but like all good products, they don't see it anymore. The noodles are fresh and delicious! They cook quickly and I've used several different sauces with them. They are expensive but worth the cost. Unfortunately they have not been available for reorder. I will keep watching and will order again when I can.
