These are sturdy and will last a long time. Great for home work outs to strengthen the trunk and stomach. Its harder than you would think to do a full stretch with this, my gut was sore a for a few days and back felt it also, so go slow and build up. overall good quality set with extras. good value also.

Ab roller and push up bar are great. The resistance bands are sub par. The handles are stitched short so I can't even fit my hands into it. Had to cut and restitch myself to make them usable.
