Not a lot of thread on the rolls, enough to hem about 2-3 pairs of pants.

Great starter kit for kids!
I was looking for a good beginner sewing kit for my 7 year old daughter to use, something other than the cheesy sewing kits for children. This kit is perfect! First off, it's the perfect size, not bulky, and the case is so cute. The scissors and seam ripper are sharp, the needles are organized, and the safety pins are always handy. There are so many thread colors, too. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Great for traveling and moms on the go!
This little sewing kit is awesome! Its perfect for anytype of traveling, it's great for work trips, road trips, and even comes in handy when staying with family,you won't have to bug the in-laws to find just the right color thread. And if you have kids this is a MUST! Even at home I don't always want to search through my mounds of sewing stuff and box of buttons. You can keep this in a drawer for a quick fix when you are running out the door. Very compact, very conveient but has all of the basic essentials you could ever need. Awesome!!!!
