Who knew that material really could withstand such high temperatures and help me make the best carrot cake muffins. It works very well, Clean up was easy and the perfect size. Of course the material isn’t stiff but the flexibility made those bad boys pop right out after baking

Let me start by saying this is a great item, in terms of cooking, having things bake well, coming out nice and clean, and washing well. It's a great little tool. That being said, be warned .... I have had more than my share of accidents with this, because it's a bit floppy. I have learned that it needs to be put on top of a baking sheet, and THEN put into the oven. As a matter of fact, and I say this because I've learned the hard way, don't fill it and then put it on the baking pan. Have it on there to begin with, because even getting it on to the baking pan is going to cause spillage. If you can work around it, and make sure that it's stable and has something under it, then it's fantastic.

Exactly what I was looking for. First use was to make breakfast sandwiches, but the “bread” was egg. Sprayed and filled each with about 1/3” beaten eggs. Came out perfect. Added turkey sausage and a little cheese between the ‘bread’. Great meal prep.

My mini muffins came out very easily and were cooked evenly.
