I had a bone density test and have some osteopenia. My doctor recommended calcium citrate with vitamin D supplement. After much research I decided on this product. I heard Magnesium helps to sleep better so I opted for this one. I purchased the lemon flavor. As some have noted It does have a chalky taste but you are only taking a tablespoon at a time. I myself like the flavor and I take It in the evening. I do seem to sleep better but It could be mind over matter. I won't know for a while if It is helping but I will continue to take It.

Highly recommend this! I need to take calcium daily for bone density. I find this much easier on my stomach and easier to swallow than the "horse pills". Added benefits - my nails have grown for the first time ever, AND I'm sleeping better. My Fitbit says that I'm getting more deep sleep and REM than I used to. Could be coincidence but I take this an hour before going to bed and I don't have anything else to attribute that to. And strawberry tastes great.

Have used this product in past, very pleased with results. It is just as good if not better than higher priced brands.

I had my thyroid removed so calcium has become a problem for me. I take supplements however the liquid calcium seems to help me more. I have only had this a couple days so can’t say how much it will help but it tastes ok and easy to swallow. The only thing I don’t care for is that it needs to be refrigerated, my reason for 4 stars. So far I’ve not experienced any issues.

The media could not be loaded. My doctor recommended this supplement because I have osteoporosis, difficulty absorbing calcium, and this supplement is a liquid. This supplement is available in multiple fruit flavors. This one is mixed berry. The liquid is grainy and chalky. I suggest the manufacturer add a mint flavor as I find mint much easier to take chalky meds with than fruit flavors. The sweetened fruit flavor is so unlikable that I am struggling to be compliant in taking this and may have to go back to a capsule calcium supplement. In addition, this one does have vitamin D3 and magnesium which help with calcium absorbtion, but not the vitamin K2 which directs the calcium to bones.

I really love this kind of supplement, especially during pregnancy. When you’re extra sensitive to smells or textures, it's easy to feel nauseated by traditional pills or anything too hard to swallow. This liquid calcium is such a relief—it goes down easily and actually tastes sweet, which is a huge plus when you're pregnant and super averse to weird flavors.One small suggestion: it would be helpful if the cap had clear milliliter markings. Sometimes it's hard to measure the right amount without a teaspoon. But honestly, that’s just a minor thing. I keep it in the fridge, and it’s super convenient to take after meals, especially during the summer. Overall, I’m really happy with it!
