TRASH
Both controllers arrived broken and unusable. Connection issues making gaming impossible. Upon an attempt at removing the wireless part from the console, both immediately detached and broke inside of my system.CHEAP GARBAGE SCAM

What I expected, kinda
The controllers are not wavebird, and definitely feel cheap. But they work. There's no channel dial on the controller or plug. And if you leave the controller on and walk away for a bit, it auto disconnects from the GameCube but doesn't turn off. So far this set is exactly what I needed to replay my favorite childhood games. I have not tried using both controllers at once yet. But I am concerned they will disrupt each other's connection.

Might work. Terrible build quality
If the controllers just kinda "felt cheap" (and they do) I could get over it. But the poor build quality has meant that both controllers I received have weird errors. The first one seemed to work fine, but as I played, it was clear that a couple buttons would constantly stick or misfire. The second controller's receiver wasn't even being recognised by my gamecube until I reseated it, had to press it to one side for it to turn on. The connector and PCB even wiggled more than the other, like it maybe wasn't soldered properly, or had been damaged. I was able to pair the one good controller and one good dongle and play games, but I'm overall left pretty disappointed.PROS:- AA batteries- great wireless range- basically functionalCONS:- bad build quality / QC- likely high failure rate (going off my experience and other reviews)

Game cube controllers
Bought as a gift. Very satisfied with purchase. They play multiple different types of games and are very pleased with the the controllers. Weren't terribly expensive. Not heavy or bulky no problems with connecting with system.

Absolute trash of a product
Geeze, I wish I still had the pictures I sent the seller when I asked for a partial refund due to disappointment in this product. After actually USING the controllers I realized just how trash they are. First of all, the price listed for me was $45 (though Edge is telling me there was a 45% drop the day after I bought them. Even at $17 something they aren't worth it). Here's the issues I have:1. These were NOT "new". I got the purple and black pack. The purple controller had multiple minor scratches on it, and some black gunk on the battery cover. Initially this was all I saw when I asked for the partial refund.2. After actually using the controllers for Battalion Wars 1, they both have sticky triggers. Meaning that if you lock on to an enemy, you are stuck being locked on because when you release the trigger it doesn't register. The purple controller also failed to turn the camera left & right as I tried moving, the character did strafe left & right, which is odd.3. After the purple controller had problems I switched to the black one. When I went to put in batteries, one of the battery slots was missing the spring part for the negative end.4. On top of all this, for FOURTY-FIVE DOLLARS they feel so cheap and fragile. Conclusion: This product is a total friggin scam.
