THESE ARE SUPERIOR to the CHEAPER KNOCKOFFS
These are the REAL Sonicare replacement toothbrush heads, and well worth the little extra cost. The cheaper knock-offs do NOT have the pad that reduces noise, so their vibration is AMPLIFIED through the jawbones and are HORRENDOUSLY LOUD to the user.

Better than the knock-offs
I've been using a Sonicare toothbrush for years. The heads are expensive, and I've been skimping, buying the imitation Sonicare brushes from China. These are made in China also, but are Philips Sonicare branded, and seem like they are made to better specifications and/or higher standards. They feel noticeably different, and they last considerably longer. My dental hygienist tells me I have less stains on my teeth, so maybe they clean better as well. All that suggests that in the long run, these are a better buy than the less expensice knock-offs.

Ahhh. I love the smell of a clean bicuspid in the morning.
If you're looking for that authentic, Philips Sonicare E-series experience, look no farther, my friend. This is it, right here. Now, many have tried to duplicate, imitate, replicate and sublimate the Sonicare E-Series brush head over the decades, and if you're like me, you've fallen for those schemes and scams over and over. And why wouldn't you? The Sonicare's a pricey little mistress. If there's a way to just cut a few corners, be ecumonical, and spend less money on half a vibrating toothbrush so you can save up for that sweet, rebuilt Harley-Davidson your neighbor Amsterdam Phil is selling on his front lawn, well duh, that is a solid plan. SO, like me, when your bristles grew pale and frizzy, petting your enamel instead of scrubbing it, you may have headed for Target's dirt-cheap 6-pack of replacements, or Walmart's, or Toothmart's, or an unpronounceable off-brand from Asia, thinking, "Those Korean children are competitive geniuses. I bet they can retrofit a Sonicare head by the time they're in Pre-K. This replacement pack from Ktwokzha<otiuQ will be affordable and awesome." And, of course, we know what happens next. The Target imitation Sonicare brushhead, when attached and turned on, emitted a 564-decibel minor-key howl that sent your entire block into their basements to prepare for the imminent tornado. The Walmart model wouldn't thread onto the base correctly, remaining loose and askew and thus rattled powerfully against your teeth such that your wife started calling you "Maraca Man." The Ktwokzha<otiuQ refused to turn on despite dozens of attempts, until you held the toothbrush upside-down, at a right angle to your jawline, lying in the back yard at sunrise on a sheet of magnetized, taconite-enameled aluminum...which wasn't so bad at first, but eventually got a little labor-intensive. You were just trying to save a few bucks, like we're all taught to do. But you ended up disappointed...with gritty teeth. Welp, mon frere, tuck away that lesson learned, and commit to the desperately expensive -- but quality -- Original. These actual Philips Sonicare E-heads do exactly what they're supposed to do. They connect to the handle perfectly, they buzz, they dance their rapid sonic dance like little mouth-dwelling hummingbirds, and they scrape off plaque, germs and debris with just enough force to leave your gums bleeding pleasantly, reminding you that hemoglobin is flowing through your veins and you're alive on this glorious effing planet. And if you DO happen to use your successfully-refurbished Sonicare E-series toothbrush at dawn, outdoors, lying on the sheet of magnetized, taconite-glazed aluminum, well, you're in for a VERY special treat. I don't want to ruin the surprise, though. Go brush those teeth. :)

I had been using cheaper E Series replacement brush heads (by YanBan) and I noticed that the brushing seemed pretty weak. So, I bought these Philips original brush heads to compare them and the improvement of the Philips over the third party brush heads was immense. Even when the toothbrush indicates low battery, the power of these brushes remains strong whereas the cheaper brushes were useless. Yes, these may be a bit more expensive, but not to the point where you should compromise your oral hygiene. So, from now on, original Philips brush heads only for me.
