I now have purchased this itm, and repurchased the identical paddle for my second board. My boards are Isle brand, and their paddles suck! The clips fail quickly. I bought this as a replacement for my first broken paddle. It works perfectly. When my second Isle paddle broke, I bought a second one of these. I have read the negative reviews. I do not get how you didn't test your paddle to sink or float before going out. The standard for purchasing new gear is to try it prior to the day of the trip. I now own two of these and may even buy a third just to have the spare options for when we travel and rent boards. GREAT item!

Love having the one or two blade option. The paddle works well, seems well made, and is better than the paddle my board came with. I definitely recommend it.

I just got it and the paddles were not locking into place so I thought it was broken. I then saw on the directions to pop up the lock and turn it to tighten. Now paddles are locked into place. So just remember this part or your paddles might pop out.

I have a stand up paddle board that converts into a kayak. Sometimes I use it as a straight SUP and others I seat on it, which means I needed another paddle (I already have a SUP one). When I saw this adjustable one I though it was genius, but too good to be true? Well, I've used it in Tahoe, Bodega Bay and other bodies of water since I got it, and it's worked really well so far. It's very easy to switch the parts around, and the difference with my regular sup paddle is that this one has grooves that keep the parts in place. That's a good design. My regular sup paddle, which cost me more, clicks the parts but there is some wiggle to them because of the lack of this groove design. This paddle also floats, at least long enough that I could retrieve it after falling in the water a couple of times. The only flaw that I see is that the bag it comes with became unstitched the second time I used it, and I don't think it's gonna last long. The paddle is awesome though.

I just started paddle boarding in May 2022. It was a bit difficult to stand in the lakes I was riding and wanted to find a paddle that could convert from sitting to standing. This was exactly what I was looking for. It’s easy to change while on the water. It’s sturdy yet light, floats, and easy to use. I especially like that it breaks down and fits perfect in my SUP bag. I have recommended this to my SUP friends.

Many have rated it low because the locking mechanism was too soft after clamping it down allowing the handle or ore to slide apart. Will it’s because you need to rotate and tighten the lever first about 3 full rotations, then when you buckle it down it will secure the pole from sliding! Great product

Used it once, one time, once! Cannot say that enough times. It literally fell apart while I was paddling. There are clasps to attach paddles pieces together and release to take apart. The clasp keep the pieces together, or at least they're supposed to. I had to put the pieces on the board, lay on the board and arm paddle my way back to the beach. I am so happy I wasn't too far from land or I would have lost it. I am so not happy with this cheap horrible paddle. As I said DO NOT waste your money. I guess you get what you pay for. The clasp are flimsy, very loose, not secure at all. They should hold the paddle together and it did not. It is lightweight. That's the only good thing I can say about this product. So upset I didn't get my first choice but I thought this was a great price and would do just fine. So wrong. Stay away from this product unless you want to be stuck up the creek with no paddle.

I loved this paddle for it's versitility as an oar and also because it floats! But unfortunately, the handle fell off after just a dozen uses. Somehow the inside sleeve slipped into the pole cavity and it was impossible for me to fix while on the water. I'm trying to fix it at home but am not able to tighten the bolts because they don't appear to be accessible.

Two of the 4 parts got stuck together after the first use and I can’t detach them anymore.

I love this paddle. I have MS so sometimes standing on my SUP can be too exhausting. This paddle allows me to tie the extra piece down and change it as I need or want. I even got a SUP kayak seat but honestly don't even need it.
