Kia Door Handle Replacement
We ordered the rear driverโs side door handle replacement for our 2013 Kia Sorento, after the original one snapped off. The Kia dealership was going to charge us $358 to replace this part, so we opted for this DIY option for less than $20. The installation took about 10 minutes, and it works and looks as good as new. Definitely recommend this cost saving replacement option!

Perfect Fit
Great part, great fit. This is the second time I've had to replace this same door handle. The first time I had the Kia dealership do the work, cost me around a $154.00; that was around four years ago. This time, I ordered the item myself and did the work following video directions on YouTube (just search for Sorento door handle replacement there are several videos due to how often these break). Super easy repair, even if you are a novice. The vehicle wiper blades were harder to change out. The 3 attached pictures show the finished product and the access port to remove/replace the handle. I used a 3/16th flathead screwdriver to remove the round plastic cap and a No.3 Phillips to back out the retaining bolt just enough for the exterior (broken) part to release. Do Not back the bolt any further than necessary or risk dropping it inside the door panel. It's a 5 minute repair.

Perfect Fit for 2012 Kia Sorento LX
I don't know how there's not a recall on the door handles of 2012 Kia Sorento, especially considering I am constantly seeing these cars with missing door handle pieces, but these ones were the perfect replacement! They were very easy to install, I bought both the left and right for the back doors and had no issues. I would highly recommend them!

Looks good, fitment a little tight
Mostly fit well, but had some challenges installing because it was a bit tighter, which made it difficult to install into factory locking mechanism.
