Clever way to keep my shower curtain from billowing into the shower

These look cute in the picture, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality when they arrived. For starters, then have no weight to them and there's no way they would hold a tablecloth down. They are also very cheap looking... The crab was cute, but appeared to be plastic. The lighthouses and life ring are basically while plaster and look like a child painted them.

These are cute, but not practical, as they have NO weight to them. All Four clipped next to each barely would keep the cloth ( only a 36x36" cafe cloth) secure. The design is nice, and was attractive, over a plain pewter color, but....not functional.
