Handy sized counter to help scoring in golf!

I'm a senior and sometimes forget a stroke. Simple to use and handy to carry or put on bsg.

This is a small counter I use to count golf strokes. It's very easy to use: holding the top button down to turn on, turn off, and reset to zero. Other reviewers complained about the audible beeping when changing numbers, but the beep is easily shut off by holding down either the ➕️ (plus) or ➖️ (minus) button. The attached ribbon is long if you want to wear it around your neck. I cut mine to a more convenient length to tie to my bag or put in my pocket. The only negative is the sensitivity of the ➕️ and ➖️ buttons.

Works as described

Let me start with what I used this product for. I play a TCG called Star Wars Unlimited and I picked these up to count base damage without using dice or counters. It works really well for this. However I have one clear issue with it, it comes with a speaker that beeps incessantly. Whoever designed this thing with a speaker should probably be ashamed. It is the most annoying thing I've ever heard for very little benefit and no way to turn it off or down. Luckily I'm pretty handy so it wasn't more than an inconvenience to disable it, but still, it's an instant 3 star rating IMO. My other issue is that the response time to reset and turn off/on the device is a full second (or more) slower than it should be. That should probably be a switch instead of a button, but that's my personal opinion. Overall once the device is silenced, and in use, it does exactly what I wanted it for. Now if only I could find a mechanical ticker that can count down as well as up, I think I'd appreciate that more.

Used these during covid when we needed to count people for when they were coming in and out of the store. It was nice and kept us on track for ehat we needed.

Hand clicker counter is just what I needed… I am just starting golfing so strokes for each hole is a lot.. I kept losing track… this helps to keep me on track!! One just needs to remember which button to push for + and the other for - :). Happy Golfing!!
