I am very picky with coffee. I can’t have a high acid level content, and I don’t like a bitter taste. I can’t believe how smooth and delightful. The flavor of this coffee is, and I usually have to put more sweetener and cream in other coffees, but I don’t have to put much in this one at all.

I love this Illy and coffee in general. I have a little espresso maker and 2 different sized french presses. And I use it for all 3. It's a bit fine for the french press, but it can be done. Spoils you for other brands. I use it when I have guests and to treat myself.

This Illy Classico medium roast espresso coffee has become one of my favorites. The flavor is rich, smooth, and well-balanced without being overly strong or bitter. For me, it has the perfect strength — flavorful and satisfying without tasting overpowering. I enjoy coffee with good flavor, but I don’t want something too intense, and this hits the sweet spot. One thing I also appreciate is the packaging. My can arrived in perfect condition, well sealed, and the coffee tasted very fresh when opened. I’ve seen some reviews mention dented cans, but fortunately that was not my experience. Mine arrived exactly as expected. If you enjoy a smooth, flavorful espresso-style coffee that tastes premium without being too harsh or strong, I definitely recommend giving this one a try.

Smooth, yet full flavor. I drink my coffee straight black, so the coffee has to do all the talking when it comes to flavor. I sometimes put a dash of cinnamon in with the grounds when brewing, usually around winter holidays, but more enjoy the smooth normal flavor. To me, the ground canister of coffee actually tastes better than the beans ground through the fancy grinder. And the empty canister works as a faraday device, blocking remote car key signals from would be car thieves, with the lid on, of course.
