MISSING PARTS!
I have a 2010 Kia Forte.Missing metal clips, missing radio antenna!! LIKE DUDE, it's a radio and it's missing the antenna!Screen doesn't work, it's a touch screen radio and I'm just shocked by this. One USB is messed up and doesn't fit an the other didn't work. Changed things in my car to make this fit and it didn't even turn on or have the antenna! It was easy to install but who cares, cause it needs to work. The part around the hazard button doesn't fit correctly but can make it work, however would need to unplug in order to turn them off. The unit itself fits perfectly into a 2010. The circulation button to the right won't work cause that part doesn't line up right. I'm being sent a replacement because this one didn't work, I'm giving it one more try. If the next one works and isn't missing wires then I have no problem changing my review.

Purchase an antenna adapter
This product has been absolutely amazing!10/10 recommend. You will have to duct tape or super glue the hazard button. It took my dad 15 mins to install. Works better than the stock.

Noth that great
The product itself is a nice change from the old physical button layout to a touch screen display, but the biggest issue with the product is it's very low specs. The Amount of system ram is nonexistent even though we're in an era where phones, tablets and other digital devices are running 4+gb. The display only has 1gb and the rest of it being system memory which is extremely unlikely to be used. The display can't run the built in GPS because it lags and crashes non stop to try and load it(again lack of ram). The radio signal is very hit or miss. If you're a fan of listening to the radio, it's a coin flip when it comes to signal stability. If you're looking for a just a visual upgrade with the intent to stay connected to Bluetooth and are fine with the compromises listed above (radio and gps) then go ahead and grab this.

Works great with tweaks and patience
The best manual for this is a video on youtube called: How To Install a Smart Android Radio on any Kia (09-18) (Feb 13, 2018)I used the above video far more than the print manual. My unit did not come with an Antenna adapter, so I needed to spend $8 on that. Also, everyone complains about the hazard light button not fitting. When you remove the hazard light assembly from the dashboard, then remove the outer house of the hazard light assembly. That way the button will fit fine through the round hole. To secure the hazard light assembly to the new dash panel included with the radio, you will need to use some glue and duct tape. In my case, I was able to install the two upper screws and use those screws to help hold the hazard assembly in place. It takes a little creativity, but for $140 on a car that didn't have a functioning radio and now it has streaming ability, usb charging, am/fm radio and bluetooth to phone use, I'm very happy with my purchase. I'd give 4.5 if I could.

Works well on our 2012 Kia Forte.
Didn’t like that there is no manual included. Be aware that we also had to order a replacement hazard button that fit the unit, as they redesigned it on the 2012 Forte, but the new hazard button works.

DO NOT BUY (read below)
I bought this radio for my 2012 Kia Forte Koup. I have had multiple minor setbacks which have led me to start losing patience. Listed below are pros and cons. (Cons first since I kmow that’s what we all come for the comments for!)Cons-1- the original hazard flasher assembly does not bolt onto the new face plate. No matter how you position it it will not fit. I have reached out to the manufacture about a possible adapter if they know of one but no answer.2- there isn’t an instruction manual, but the installation is fairly simple. However a manual about how to operate the radio and it’s functions would be nice.3- the “aux” does not seem to work as when I click on it, it keeps asking for a video input? I’m not sure if I need to connect a DVD player to it but who knows exactly...4- when installing the ac controller panel, the buttons for the panel don’t seem to fit comfortably. The area sees tight and when pushing the a/c or rear defrost button, they seem sticky and have to push a bit harder than normal.5- when installing entire radio into the car, the face plate seemed a bit to big for the car. It did not “slip in” like the old face covering, I had to do a bit of maneuvering to get it to set into place.6- when installing air vents, they also were a bit tight and did not slip in easily like with the old stereo and face panel.7- this has to be my most frustrating concern is communication with the manufacture. They take forever to respond to my concerns and every time I bring a concern they want pictures. The. You give them pictures and those pictures aren’t good enough. It’s very disheartening and feels like they are selling a product they know doesn’t fit all models.Pros-1- In regards to price and quality, it is decent valuable for price.2-I love how it has the wire harness to connect into the cars so no need for cutting wires as well.3-I also love how it came with the face place to replace the original already installed into the radio!Overall, invest in something that has more quality and spend the extra money on a radio and face plate that will fit instead of dealing with people who do not respond in a timely manner.

Do not buy
They say in the description that the quad core is compatible with screen mirroring etc. But this is a lie it does not work, I've tried for hours. As well cannot get the camera to work.Do not waste your money on this product, the support staff also blows, complete waste of time and money

Basic headunit, do not look for more
Purchased this head unit for my Kia Forte Koup, took about an hour or so to install. The frame fits the dash very tightly and you need to really force in it. The hazard light doesn’t really have a proper place to set it, you just need to be creative. And the air on buttons are not cut well. The software works, just don’t get any tech issues because their tech support only works at night and responds once a day, with vague and short responses that tend not to help out very much.I wouldn’t recommend buying these unless you require the bare bones headunit in your car that can be connected to via Bluetooth and that’s it. You can’t even connect an external mic to have some decent sound quality on your calls.
